DUDE ok so i got a new rock band guitar because my old one broke (the potentiometer that powers the whammy bar broke and i am nowhere near good/knowledgeable enough to fix that myself) and i got it today BUT the red fret button wasn't working properly, it required a lot of pressure or registering as 3 presses sometimes
so i opened it up and cleaned off the contact for the button (used isopropyl alcohol, i don't have any specialized cleaning stuff), put it back together and IT FUCKING WORKS
i don't tend to open up and fix stuff often but when i do i feel amazing
